Special K Bars

Another big thanks to the ladies at Mom Central - thanks to then, I received the new Special K Bliss Bars and a canvas bag.

I was really excited when these arrived in the mail. Each morning for breakfast (in the car!) I have a Special K cereal bar. What can I say- a busy mommy of two needs to be able to grab something that if healthy and easy to eat on the way to work. I even like to eat these as snacks during the day at work. It is a great pick me up part way through the day and gives me the boost I need so that I am not starving while making supper. Since I already eat Special K cereal bars, it seemed like a perfect fit to try out these new Special K Bliss Bars.

I received a box of the Special K Bliss Raspberry and Special K Bliss Orange. These bars are a great mix of crispy cereal, fruit flavored pieces, and (you will love this!) a chocolate bottom layer! Even with the chocolate layer bottom- these bars do not have any more calories then the bars I already eat!

Both flavors have only 90 calories, 2 grams of fat, and 1 gram of fiber. That makes it a healthy, fast, and great tasting breakfast or snack for those busy moms (or anyone!). They come in great flavors that are not found in other brands (though I would love if they made strawberry- chocolate dipped strawberry- that would be great!).

This is going to be added into my mixture of breakfast cereal bars! Hope you enjoy these too!
