here we are my friends- at another round of Random Recipes. For the summer this will only be a once a month party so I hope you will join in on the fun! This month your challenge was to post a family favorite recipe. Hopefully that made it easy for you to find something yummy to share.

I have a yummy snack mix recipe for you this time. It is great for munching on during movie night at home or for taking to a party and sharing with others. It is a big favorite in my house- I hope you like it too!

BUGLES SNACK MIX
need:
1 Bag Regular Bugles
1 Bag Nacho Flavored Bugles (You can use 2 bags of regular Bugles. It
is not always easy to find the Nacho Flavored.)
1 Box Regular Wheat Thins
1 Bag Small Pretzels
1 Box Cheese Nibs
1 Bag Parmesan Flavored Fish Crackers
1 Cup Nuts

Mix together well:
1 Bottle Butter Flavored Popcorn Oil
2 Envelopes Ranch Dressing Mix (dry)

Combine all dry ingredients and pour oil/dressing mixture over all. Mix
well to coat.
Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

NOTE: This makes quite a bit of snack mix. I had to split the mixture
into 2 roast pans to bake it.


So there you have it! A quick and easy treat that everyone can enjoy. One thing I like about this is you can easily mix other ingredients into it and take out what you don't like. I love recipes I can change up a bit each time.
